Revised Navigation Guidelines were issued for the Port of NY/NJ - complete details are available in COAST GUARD ADVISORY NOTICE (CGAN 2022-009). Important to note - prior to starting a ULCV inbound from Ambrose the berth must be confirmed "clear".
